"Judges by lot?

Constitutional Court and parliament blocks.

The PP has objected repeatedly to the laws posed reforms to the election of judges of the Constitutional Court and the Rules of the Senate that allows, at the end and cheating have been raised in most regions two people who have had a significant party, Popular, during the previous General Council of the Judiciary.

Senate President has already said it postponed indefinitely the convening of the Commission (for missing reports) until there is sufficient agreement. I fear that the agreement will not be possible unless others accept the proposal of the PP.
Some might think that an assessment should be made clear: college transcript, specialized jobs, courses, etc.. each of the things with a number of points, giving a final result in which they had four more points would be candidates. This is the normal system of any contest to fill positions within the administration, but in the case of this election, this does not work that way.
to me it strikes me that when people in other elections posed ways to resolve ties, the elder, by the toss of a coin, most voted lists, etc. in this case, a formula should be sought to elect four people to the Constitution.
I venture to suggest that getting into a bag or sack, the ballots with the names of all proposed and in plenary, the President elect four of them by lot. It is possible that they are one, or both, given by the PP, but I'm sure that all, or nearly so, accept the result and we could vote freely.
Neither the PSOE nor the PP should craggy in some specific candidates and leave the fate of those who will fill the four vacancies on the Constitutional for the Senate.
Better this than the image, nothing edifying, which is transmitted to the company by the lack of agreement on the renovation of the highest court in our constitutional system.
